Chilli King Prawn Skewer – These King Prawns are healthy, deliciously tasty and very easy to throw on the BBQ

Chilli King Prawn Skewer – Recipe Ingredients:

Pack of raw king prawns

1 chilli pepper

1 lime juice

1 tbsp olive oil

chopped coriander

Vegan / Vegetarians can substitute the prawn with tofu chunks

Chilli King Prawn Skewer – Recipe Instructions:

Chop chilli and coriander, place in a shallow bowl with oil and lime, mix together. skewer 4 king prawns onto each skewer and marinate for min 20 minutes, the longer the better. Ready to cook on the bbq when everything else is done – will only take a minute or so, so keep your eye on them
