Recipe - Apricot Turkey Burgers
Our first of the healthy Summer BBQ dishes to show off your healthy mindset and culinary skills

Apricot turkey burgers – Avoid the usual processed supermarket burgers by making your own healthier burgers with a fruit twist. Perfect for the summer BBQ, your friends will be impressed and the whole family will love them!
Serve with or without the bun,
Apricot Turkey Burgers – Recipe Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 chopped onion
65g rolled oats
500g Mince Turkey
100g dried apricots
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste
Apricot Turkey Burgers – Recipe Instructions
Lightly fry the onion in 1 tbsp oil, leave to cool and add the rest of the ingredients, mix well with your hands, season and mould into burger shapes. The ingredients should make about 8 burgers. Throw on the bbq ensuring they are cooked through. Cook according to thickness of patties.
