Pilates is a mat based exercise session for strength and mobility concentrating on core engagement and movement. Pilates practise is a great way to counteract aches and pains from our sitting life. The sessions teach techniques to help with posture, pain, and muscle imbalances & weaknesses - improving overall physical performance. A Great compliment to all fitness plans - helping you get the most from all exercise.
Pilates is also classed as a mind body exercise, developing breath and focus and connecting with the body.
Perfect for both physical and mental health
Small Group Session - £10 per session - £80 for a block of 10 (Tuesdays 6.30pm - Leicester)
121 Pilates / Mobility Session - £30 - £40 (at a time that suits)
Virtual Pilates - £5 per session / £ 18 monthly plan (Tuesdays 5.30pm / Saturday 8am (available recorded to do in own time)
6 Week Online Beginners Course - £25 (recorded to do in your own time)
